CAUTION
Paul Pantone has working technology but has ripped many people off in his business dealings. Be extremely cautious. He is under tight scrutiny of the Attorney General in Utah, pending court action.
GEET -- By Inventor Paul Pantone
GEET = Global Environmental Energy Technology.
Replaces standard carburetor; claims to increase gas mileage 2-3-fold and cut pollution in half.

Big Talker Award:
"I've known Paul for about 20 years. He is always talking about some huge development about to unfold that he is involved with. Most of the time nothing happens."
(Told in phone conversation to Sterling Allan on March 20, by a source who will remain anonymous.)
"It's always 'next week' some huge demo is going to happen, but 'next week' never happens. He's told me that at least 15 times." (someone else)
"He's told me that 500 times!" (yet someone else)
Not all of Paul is talk. He does produce some worth while technology, and others bring good technology to him.

- Press Release: GEET Offers Clean Air, Cheap Fuel - Inventor Paul Pantone says his fuel economy technology is ready to prepare for market. Claims to be able to run car on 75% water in a system that cracks the fuel down no matter what fuel or additives is used – gasoline, diesel, old oil, or even crude oil. (eMediaWire; Oct. 8, 2004)

- Small Engine Plans - "(< 20 HP) for FREE! This is a shareware release for 'Private Use Only' to convert small gasoline stationary electric generators up to 10 kW! High school students with no technical background have been able to successfully build and run an engine over a weekend from the plans." (Hosted by TeslaTech.com)
Not All Plans are Free
- Everyone Wants the Plans, But Few are Willing to Pay - Paul Pantone laments the lack of shared responsibility for shouldering the financial burden of bringing forth new technology.
Side comment: "Crude oil has 20 - 90 times improvement over processed fuel, depending on its gravity and its contents. Crude oil (20%) and salt water (80%) is the best fuel combination."

Charges of Fraud
I am aware that Paul Pantone is under investigation by UT Attorney General's office and has charges filed against him. My overall impression is that GEET (from which Pantone is now divested) is a genuine business venture, with real product. I've seen their devices in action. Perhaps they have not been that great in how they have handled their financial affairs, but I have some empathy there. Enthusiastic over estimating deadlines and abilities is one thing, outright misrepresentation for illicit gain is another. I do not believe that Pantone or GEET are guilty of the latter. -- Sterling D. Allan
