Defkalion:
"We have Rossis formula" - The Greek company, Defkalion
told NyTeknik that they ran spectroscopic analysis of the E-cat at Siena
University in August without Rossi's knowledge, and that is how they
discovered and improved upon the secret, so that their "Hyperion"
product to be unveiled tomorrow will be very different from the E-Cat. (NyTeknik;
November 29, 2011)

Andrea
Rossi On Defkalion - Without naming Defkalion, this morning Andrea
Ross, inventor of the E-Cat, said: "Warning: somebody is on the road
saying they have succeeded in stealing our technology...and are trying to
sell a mock up saying it is an upgraded copy of the E-Cat. Nobody has ever
copied our technology. Probably this is a stunt to collect money from
uncautious buyers." (ECatNews; December 1, 2011)

Hope,
skepticism for cold fusion - Robert Tamarin, dean of sciences at
UMass Lowell, said the meeting was mostly used to discuss the possibility of
setting up manufacturing, rather than the validity of the science. Mass
Senate minority leader, Bruce Tarr, said: "My thought process was
pretty simple: If it works, I want this technology to be developed and
manufactured in Massachusetts." (Boston Globe; November 28,
2011) (Correction
