Engine with Reverse Joe Cell Runs Without Oxygen

Thanks, Anyway I want to tell you about something. My friend and I developed a device we thought could work like a 'Joe Cell' but not having the correct ss tubing we went with what we could use. The thing is, this device when hooked to an engine still made the engine require fuel to make the engine work, however, the device caused the engine to not require any air! (020 to run! That is, after running the engine with the device attached there was no air intake suction! Funny thing is, when we were walking away from the Dodge Caravan test car we used, and we were both talking about the experiment, we were each hearing an 'Echo'. We later submerged the device with a lawnmower engine under water and the engine worked fine, and again not requiring any air to run! It was not using any air and still running! The designer of this 'reverse Joe Cell' is a fan of yours. We've kept this discovery very quiet. You may share this info with others if you like. Sincerely Scott See also
