Fraud
'We have a very strong case of unregistered investments and fraud.'
Not 400 scientists, just one person. Investigator asks for witnesses for and against.

My name is Dean Kuehnen. I am investigator with the Attorney General's Office in the state of New
Jersey. My Bureau and other state Bureaus currently have an investigation into Genesis World Energy,
United Fuel Cell Technologies, Patrick Kelly, Nejhla Shaw, and Darren Shaw. My case is a matter of
unregistered investments and fraud (VERY STRONG CASE). I have worked cases off of inquiries for
quite some time and I must say that every one of my attempts to determine the legitimacy of the
above mentioned has been severely thwarted at every turn. Subjects of interest in the so-called
company have been changing their numbers and retaining lawyers left and right. It is quite
unbelievable. Don't bother trying to search for the UFCT share registrations. There are none. The
companies are not registered in Delaware, (However, as a result of my investigation Genesis was
registered in Delaware Sept. 23 (that does NOT mean a whole lot now). I am amused that
"they" tell the investors that the government wants Kelly dead for his discovery. That is
a laugh. On the Genesis sight they speak of a team of 400 scientists, sorry, there is only 1, and
that is Kelly. Demonstrations of a "fuel cell" have been shown to perspective investors
who told me that they saw the same machine for $150 in an airline catalog. That is just a tiny tiny
fraction of the big picture. It is my job to investigate this matter for the state of NJ. If there
is anyone out there that can tell me something positive, please do. I am available to anyone who has
concerns about this matter and promise to do my best to assist any of you. (You don't have to leave
your name). My office number is 973-504-3623. My email is as follows, dean.kuehnen@lps.state.nj.us
I strongly feel that there are more victims out there than I know about. I want to do my best to
help. I have not received any positive feedback regarding this case. Personally, I do not care if
the machine works or not, I just want the investors investments safe, registered, and wish to
prevent any fraudulent representations by Genesis World Energy, UFCT, and their small management.
Due to the fact that there is an investigation, it is hard for me to go into to elaborate detail
online, but would love to talk.
Thank you,
Dean Kuehnen
