Am I being ripped off here?  Have a look, its the same thing!  How did they get a patent on my invention I built and tested in the mid eighties?  I still have the  first and third dated original Interference disc machines here.  My machines also showed less back EMF when the coils are loaded!  The magnets and coils are all stationary and my Interference disc machine uses the changing flux density to cause induction.  My disc machines use neodymium magnets and amorphous coils for greater power output, the coils and magnets are mounted stationary all the way around the outer perimeter with the balanced easy to turn disc rotating in the air gap.

How did they get a patent on my notarized by an attorney dated Interference disc alternator invention?  What happen to the system?  Faraday labs contacted my over a year ago and expressed interest in my Interference disc generator, they wanted more information!  I went public with it long before this patent.  Is there any justice?  I hope they remember who the real inventor is.  They did not invent this machine, I did, and here are the links.  Please, the patent office should see my work before they issue this to them!  It should be my patent, not theirs.

Yes I feel a little better, but it is still my invention.  I Invented this design and built it and tested it starting in 1985, 86 in Yellowknife NWT, and I built and tested the largest Interference disc generator in 1987 after I moved to Calgary Alberta.  I still have the unopened notarized by a lawyer with witnesses, a large letter envelope with all my blue print copies, and the complete descriptions sent through the mail dated, still unopened today.  If it ever goes to court to prove my case, the unopened dated letter goes to the judge.  I did this back then because I knew I could not afford to pay for a patent, so this was my way to prove what I am saying just in case of a situation as now.  I feel some people are taking advantage of my developments with out giving help to the source.  I will continue to do my part for the development of free energy, but I do not want others to take my work and claim it as theirs.  Especially when I can easily prove otherwise.  I cannot stop anyone from manufacturing my systems, and I hope they do for the better of humanity, but I sure would like some credit for my contributions to free energy developments that can help everyone, I sure paid for it financially and emotionally.  If they get wealthy from my work, then I think it would be fair to help the person with money who helped them with the technology that made them wealthy.  It makes me reluctant to post my other unpublished inventions such as my Impulsion motor, others will claim it as theirs and patent it and I will get screwed again.  This time I may have to file a patent, but who has the money for that, I sure don't.  I am still shocked that he got this patent on my invention.  Alexander even phone me twice to talk about it well over a year ago, then he patented my system in his name.  What am I to think?  I published my work to help others and they took advantage of me.  It makes me feel robbed of my many years of hard work.  I cannot see how this patent he got can stand up, I published the information with the same claim of reduced back EMF years before this patent was issued.  I know there are questions in a patent application regarding if the person applying for a patent knows of any other idea or system that closely resembles the applied patent claim.  He must have answered no to this question when in fact he did know of a system, and that is my Interference disc generator.  And if that is the case, then why did he do this with out letting the patent examiner know about my invention and have him believe other wise?  Its not fair to me.  It goes to show in this world, nice guys finish last!

Let’s clarify that ALL ALTERNATORS ARE SIMILAR since they have permanent magnets, rotor and coils. Please, ask R.A. Ford who is author of many interesting books in USA about alternators.  

The question for patent is WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE, so then let’s try to find what is difference in your method and in my method.  

Also I have to note that your claim “Alexander even phone me twice to talk about it well over a year ago, then he patented my system in his name.” Is not true. IT IS NOT YOUR SYSTEM or idea. We are developing magnet generator that is similar to any system with permanent magnets. But your system is not THE MOST SIMILAR SYSTEM according to our patent claim.  

The principle we have developing ALLOWS TO ACCELERATE THE ROTOR by means of back EMF in the generator coils. Is it your idea also?  

About our phone and email conversation a year ago. We offered financial help to you and discussed joint business to develop your device in Russia. It was possible since our financial partner (he is not from Russia) has serious business contacts in USA also, for example, we have published one of his articles as joint sci work with NASA people. But you said a year ago that your device is not ready yet, also is not ready for publication in our magazine.

What about now? Is your device is ready to be presented for investor or your have clean understanding of the idea to be published as author in our magazine?

We have interest to any serious project, but [...] we have to consider all proposals only after clarification of real situation with demo version.
