Dear Sterling,
I'm graduated in PhD in Moscow Institute of Civil Engineering(1977). I was full professor in Bulgaria, for short time in Russia, and in L'Ecole Politechnique (Technical University) in Alger (Algeria) 1980-1984. I have a lot of publications in Bulgaria, books. Obviously there they don't keep record on Internet. I have here in my house some of them. In USA I'm 13 years. There are some articles about my work on Cold Fusion and Ball Lightning in some small magazines- if needed I can send you copies of them. I took part only on three conferences: Third International Symposium on Ball lightning in Los Angeles(1992) with scientific report and robotic demonstration device (ask the president Stanley Singer); on the Cold Fusion Conference on Hawaii(1993) with report and big exposition of my Cold Fusion devices; on new energy conference in Denver(1993). I don't like to write articles and to participate on conferences. Important for me is the experimental and application work, not articles. For scientists who have nothing substantial to show in free energy, articles and conferences are the only activity.
Best regards, Kiril

Thank you, Sterling.
I'm proud to have a PhD diploma (this diploma is here in my house), but do you think that with
only one diploma somebody can make a major discovery and to bring it to the market? Many great
inventors had no diplomas at all. Like my countryman Nicola Tesla( for information: Bulgarian and
Yugoslavian people are the same nationality, my mother is from former Yugoslavia) - he was a
simple engineer. Great inventor possesses something much more than diploma and right education:
intuition, imagination, and historical chance to be born on right time and to be chose by the
Providence for great discovery. Of course, the chance is always on the side of well prepared
people. Without necessary education, experience, and hard work, the "Chosen inventor"
can miss his chance.
Best regards, Kiril

A very stupid behavior - investigation!!! I'm a PhD from Moscow Institute of Civil Engineering - 1977, I have a diploma and will show this diploma only to right people (if they ask me). About articles - I published a lot and I have copies of some of them in my house. In my time, and in my former country (Bulgaria) we don't keep record in Internet about those things. Now of course they do. I left Bulgaria 13 years ago. In addition I have many articles on Cold Fusion and Ball lightning here in USA. I can show them. Also, you can open on Kiril Chukanov and ball lightning and you can see my activity in USA last 13 years. I was professor in my country, in Russia for short time and in L'Ecole Politechnique in Alger (Algeria)- 1980-1984. Your behavior remember me the behavior of envious scientists from Bulgarian Academy of Science. The governmental board composed by 12 leading Bulgarian scientists proved the validity of my claims - I have this report here and published in important Bulgarian newspaper. Stupid, stupid behavior to investigate somebody instead to check directly his work. I don't care about your investigation and your opinion: you can't stop me or intimidate me. After about 1-2 years I will go to the world energy market with QE generators for houses (no fuel, no electricity from outside) and other practical uses. The jealous scientists will be the last to accept this reality. Several years ago a businessman from Silicon Valley told me: Kiril, if your machinery works, no matter how and where this energy come from. It works and that's it, no matter your stupid investigation and opinion. With warm regards to all members who are willing to understand and verify my QE discovery. To the "volunteer investigators" I could say: go away with your Internet investigation. PhD in thermodynamics Kiril Chukanov See also
