For bigger Quantum Energy powers (more than 100 KW), I will use a free floating ball lightning (quantum macro-object). Plasma is composed by tiny micro particles, macro-quantum object is composed by one macro-unit (about 5-10 inches in diameter) which has no parts, no internal structure .The quantum macro-object is a two-dimensional closed formation (like balloon). Plasma is plasma- it cannot produce any free energy. Ball lightning can, but it needs a special excitement for that. Air is the best media for ball lightning. There is no consummation of air or any other gases. The process of creation of Quantum Energy is noiseless, but if capacitors are used (for excitement), then the discharge of capacitors is accompanied by some loud cracking.

I am not that expert on this field but confused of how you call this plasma
in a place and you call it quantum on the other, plasma involves gases and
quantum involves vacuum and tunnels that provide conducting of electric
loads between the spaces of atoms.

As for crystals or quarts maybe he should try coal instead of diamonds.

If this is real, plasma should not be involved but maybe as a side effect
and you must for this big quantity of energy encounter a big consumption of
air around it also you must hear loud thunders or loud cracking. A good way
to test it!!!!!!!!!!.
