ALF Vaporizer System and Other Inventions by Alan L Francoeur

The theory is to increase fuel efficiency by creating dry vapor input and then capturing unburnt waste and running it through again.

Surface Tension Idea

Hi Alan,

I thought you might use this idea. Instead of using heat to vaporize fuel why not try low pressure air against the fuel's surface tension? There are many variations as to how this can be implemented. One shown here:

The fuel gravity flows from above onto a stainless sphere which then creates a thin "curtain" of fuel that hugs the sphere. Low pressure air is supplied inside the sphere and flows out a very small slit made 180 degrees or more on the sphere. This creates an interruption of the surface tension of the fuel and atomizes it. Several can be ganged and you can use your recovery system for large droplets. Have fun and if you have success with this remember me please.

Thanks,

Clay
